Abstract: Efficiency of agriculture on regions of the country in considerable degree depends on a number of objective and subjective factors. A research objective is an assessment of influence of objective factors on results of agrarian production. The research of influence of the sizes of the budgetary subsidies for growth rates of natural and cost volumes of production of crop production and livestock production is executed. Results of agrarian production on the basic Areas of Central Federal District are compared. The conclusion is drawn that high growth rates of production of agriculture on zones and concrete areas have developed not only because of the sizes of subsidies per unit of area of land grounds, but also in connection with their rational use. Areas of northern need the budgetary subsidizing in many big sizes to develop pig-breeding and poultry farming, to achieve on this basis of growth of an intensification of agriculture. It will raise their contribution to import substitution and food independence of our country.
