Abstract: The methodical approach to an efficiency evaluation of the state support of agricultural producers based on creation and the analysis of a production function is offered arrived that allows to determine return from subsidizing of production of agricultural industry, and also to prove the most effective directions of the state support of separate industries and types of products. The performance indicator of government subsidies is expected production of a specific type of agricultural products as the relation of a surplus of profit of producers to the amount of the received means of the state support. With use of the offered methodical approach the efficiency evaluation of the state support of agricultural producers of Krasnodar Krai according to the statistical reporting of 106 agricultural organizations from 2008 for 2012 is executed. 69 parameters, more than a half of which were statistically significant, were estimated at models. The conclusion is drawn that agricultural production in the organizations of Krasnodar Krai is characterized by low sensitivity to the changes in price of sale of the made products and the prices of main types of production resources. The greatest efficiency of the state subsidizing of a part of an interest rate for the long-term investment loans issued to producers on updating and replenishment of their property, plant and equipment is proved.
