Abstract: The major factor exerting impact on forming of a manpower and market development of work in the rural zone is the demographic condition. Violation of quantitative balance in the labour market and problems of demographic nature were restraining factors of sustainable development of agro-industrial complex in general and its sub complexes in particular. In the analysis result of structure and number occupied in agricultural industry of Kabardino-Balkar Republic the tendencies of reducing number of an economically active population, a shortage in the village of a qualified manpower ready to master modern technologies and the latest equipment are revealed. Seasonality of agricultural production aggravates an employment problem, leads to the low income and outflow of personnel to other spheres of economy. Actions of "The state program of development of agricultural industry and regulation of the markets of agricultural products, raw materials and food for 2013-2020" are directed to increase in level of comfort of conditions of activity of rural toilers, creation of conditions for social and cultural development of the population, increase in prestigiousness of work of the worker of the agrarian sphere.
