Abstract: Modern problems of management of regional economy are investigated insufficiently. In article one of the directions of development of management of agrarian and industrial complex - modeling of a control system of agro-industrial complex in the region is considered. The organizational model of management of the region created on the basis of transformation of branch functions of management from agricultural enterprises down to the regional level taking into account which bodies and structures of management on hierarchy levels are formed is for this purpose offered. The partition of each function for works allows to prove reserves of improvement of a control system. The model allows to optimize the state and economic functions of management and to increase production efficiency and rural areas. The directed dynamic development of the economic relations in agrarian and industrial complex, according to experts, it is necessary to reform each five years. For this purpose it is necessary to create constantly operating working group.
