Abstract: In agriculture of the Russian Federation during the period of implementation of the Priority national project «Development of agriculture» and the State programme «Development of agriculture and regulation of markets of agricultural products, raw materials and food for 2008-2012» was marked by the growth of labor productivity and reduce the unit cost of resources for agro products, which testifies to the innovation development. However, modernization of agricultural production is carried out mainly on the basis of imported equipment and technologies, as well as genetic material. In the framework of a systematic vision of the innovation process proposed measures to accelerate innovative development, including due to growth of domestic innovations.
