World market of milk

Abstract: The review published by the United Nations organization for food and agriculture (FAO) denotes insignificant increase of world milk production in 2010. Essential build up of dairy economy is expected in countries of Asia and some states of South America, as well as in Australia and New Zealand. The crisis continues in European Union, certain cuts in milk production are expected in the United States and stagnation in the Russian Federation. Restoring the world trade in dairy products is forecasted.
