Adaptation of youth to agrarian labor market

Abstract: The transition to innovative stage of development in agriculture advances new requirements to agrarian labor market. In that view, the analysis is made in general life conditions that affect the adaptation of young specialists, presenting their classification. Considered factors of macro- and micro social medium affect the fixation of skilled personnel. The results of sociological research are given.
