Regulation of activities in rural crediting cooperatives

Abstract: Legal basis of agricultural crediting cooperation has been studied, including the documents that determine the organizational-economic basis of its development in Russia. Institutional statutes in the field of financial-economic regulation in activities of crediting cooperatives are estimated, isolating general and prudential norms. The conclusion is made on feasibility of employing different regimes for regulation in activities of crediting cooperatives.
